Version 0.8.2

It's been a while, so although the game hasn't reached a significant milestone I've decided that there are enough small changes to it to justify making a new release. The UI has been slightly modified (the main transcript is now scrollable, amongst other changes), there can now be more than one creature/person per area, you can't just walk away if you encounter a monster (though you can always flee, which currently doesn't involve any penalties, so ... well, yes, I suppose you can still walk away).
